We are seeking a **Professional to work as an Electrical Maintenance Technician II** within the Electrical Maintenance area, responsible for proposing solutions and executing activities related to industrial electrical systems and equipment at the Xavantina mine. Join our team! #weareEro **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute electro-electronic maintenance activities; * Install high- and low-voltage power distribution networks; * Train electro-electronic maintenance personnel; * Execute electro-electronic maintenance department projects; * Install automation systems; * Perform maintenance on plant equipment and instrumentation; * Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental procedures; * Carry out other activities of similar nature and complexity under the guidance of the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum education required: technical degree, with active registration in the relevant professional council; * Field(s) of study: Electrotechnology / Electronics; * Leadership ability—motivating and guiding the maintenance team—is considered a differentiating factor. * Skill in identifying, analyzing, and efficiently solving problems while making sound decisions. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Willingness to reside in the interior of Mato Grosso state (MT).
