All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control crushing, grinding, gravimetric separation, intensive leaching, flotation, CIL, elution, and electrowinning processes, identifying and correcting process deviations; * Develop operational procedures and supervise bench-scale tests in the process laboratory conducted by the team (grinding, gravimetric separation, flotation, etc.); * Prepare and present technical reports, operational controls, and operational failures across process stages; * Conduct and critically analyze plant inventory and mass balance for the processing plant, ensuring data accuracy and performing critical analysis of results to identify improvements; * Analyze the production process based on statistical analyses to identify opportunities for performance improvement (productivity, recovery, etc.); * Coordinate bench-scale and industrial studies and tests aimed at improving recovery across various stages and/or reducing costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, with active registration in the respective professional council; * Postgraduate specialization in mineral processing or metallurgy is desirable; * Driver’s license Category B; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is desirable; * Practical experience in gold processing plants and process laboratories; * Proficiency in Minitab, Power BI, and Lean Six Sigma certification will be considered advantageous. * Strong interpersonal skills; * High commitment to teamwork; * Willingness to reside in the interior of Mato Grosso \- MT. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality-of-life program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Corporate Citizen certification) * Club membership benefits \- may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading producers of copper and gold.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
