That’s what drives us and pushes us to go beyond—every single day! **Become a Confiant and join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and organizing protocols, invoices, and equipment movements; * Opening, handling, and closing technical support tickets; * Supporting logistics for asset transportation (motorcycle courier, freight carriers, and customer success); * Registering and tracking equipment, accessories, and instruments in our systems (SLA and asset management module); * Managing equipment loans, loan-outs, backups, and returns; * Updating spreadsheets, performance indicators (KPI/OKR), and supporting inventory activities; * Providing administrative support to the Contracts department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential requirements: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work 6 hours per day; * Age between 18 and 22 years old.
