Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in drafting, controlling, and reaching consensus on departmental documents, as well as organizing their filing; * Perform laboratory analyses (focusing on titration and physicochemical analyses) according to control plans; * Prepare solutions and issue analytical reports; * Approve or hold products, ingredients, and raw materials; * Issue non-conformance reports for ingredients and raw materials, forwarding them to suppliers; * Plan test execution to optimize resources and meet deadlines; * Provide support in problem resolution and technical expertise for the laboratory; * Assist in conducting investigations and addressing laboratory-related non-conformances, identifying root causes and proposing effective CAPAs to prevent recurrence; * Develop and update laboratory and operational procedures. * Conduct inventory verification; * Maintain internal and external quality control; * Monitor reagent inventory levels and their expiration dates; * Request supplies and reagents; * Collect statistical data from activities; * Carry out tasks assigned by immediate management; * And other related duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Chemistry; * Active registration with the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ); * Experience in industrial activities; * Proficiency in computer applications/Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, promptness in executing tasks, organization, and commitment.
