Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and coordinating construction site activities, managing teams, equipment, and costs to ensure execution according to schedule while optimizing resources. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of activities across multiple units 2. Management of teams, equipment, and contract/construction costs 3. Cost optimization and project adaptation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise activities of units under your responsibility; * Thoroughly understand contracts and projects under your responsibility; * Preferred experience in DER-ES or DNIT construction projects * Coordinate the sizing of personnel and equipment required for contracts under your scope; * Conduct systematic inspections of construction work, proposing adjustments or modifications to the original project to align it with the defined terms of reference and optimize costs; * Be accountable for construction projects, planning and scheduling their execution, controlling and guiding all involved personnel, as well as material application and consumption, always observing technical execution standards, economy, and quality; * Supervise and coordinate progress of your contracts, adhering to the established schedule; * Manage and coordinate costs of your contracts/construction projects; * Coordinate and supervise mobilization and demobilization of equipment; * Safeguard company assets; * Manage all personnel and equipment in contracts under your responsibility; **NOTE.** Minimum desirable experience: 15 years; experience in public works is mandatory. **BENEFITS:** CAR ACCOMMODATION HEALTH INSURANCE AFTER 6 MONTHS **PS.** Candidates from other regions are welcome, as accommodation is provided on-site.
