We are guided by values that shape all our interactions: ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Grade coffee samples and standardize them according to departmental standards; Input inventory system data regarding sample grading and cupping; Cup coffee samples, identifying characteristics and defects per departmental standards; Monitor shipments at warehouses, perform grading, and compare against pre-shipment assessments; Oversee warehouse processing activities and correct deviations as needed; Forward departmental requests to warehouses and track their execution; Prepare blends and pre-shipment assessments according to departmental demand; Assemble shipment samples and monitor related processes and sample organization; Maintain departmental control records. **Qualifications** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; **Additional Information** Knowledge of coffee grading and cupping is considered an advantage; **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
