Our internship program aims to train professionals prepared to deliver classes using communicative methodology, to handle classroom challenges, and to gain a comprehensive understanding of school operations through direct support to the Pedagogical Coordination. We seek professionals capable of self-managing their work, collaborating effectively in teams, demonstrating proactivity and responsibility, and excelling in interactions with students and colleagues. A strong desire to learn and teach is also essential!
**\- Requirements:** Currently enrolled in English Language and Literature, Pedagogy, or related programs in business or process management; fluent/advanced English proficiency (B2\). Prior experience is not required.
**\- Responsibilities:** Perform support activities for the Pedagogical Coordination, participating in daily school operations such as tutoring sessions, student support, extracurricular activity management, and other related duties, including:
\- developing classroom support materials;
\- creating materials for the school bulletin board;
\- providing student support through tutoring sessions;
\- making follow-up pedagogical calls to students and guardians;
\- occasionally substituting for teachers, if necessary;
\- performing other tasks assigned by the Coordination.

**\- Internship Stipend:** R$1\.000,00
**\- Weekly Hours:** 30 hours per week
**\- Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Our unit is located in the Ouro Preto neighborhood, near UFMG.
Payment: R$1\.000,00 per month
