Job Summary: Supervise and organize the flow of patients and visitors to ensure smooth operation and access security. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and supervision of patient and visitor entry and exit 2. Support and guidance for patients and companions 3. Care for institutional materials and equipment Supervise and organize the entry and exit of patients, companions, visitors, and service providers. Verify and guide patients and companions regarding ticket issuance; Release turnstiles after verifying the identification wristband of patients/companions/visitors and service providers. Release patients by removing their identification wristbands and verifying discharge documents where applicable; Open and close access doors for physically disabled individuals with mobility difficulties. Request and fetch wheelchairs when necessary; Work location: **Instituto dos Olhos: Av. Churchill 232 – Santa Efigênia Neighborhood** Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift in April \- 12x36 R$1\.967,00 \+ Unifácil Health Plan \+ Food Ticket worth R$300,00 \+ On\-site lunch \+ Life insurance. Handle wheelchair elevators carefully and responsibly; Maintain good communication with all departments of the institution; Organize internal patient flow, directing them to available seating; Monitor elevator usage, observing and preventing overloading or excessive occupancy, as well as unnecessary floor stops, to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements; Assist in isolating the elevator immediately upon detecting malfunction or defects, and notify immediate leadership for corrective action; Handle receipt of general correspondence and packages, forwarding them to respective recipients; Maintain care for materials and equipment under one's responsibility used in performing duties, to extend their service life; Receive and inform IOCM Management members of all visits, permitting entry only upon management authorization; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.957,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On\-site
