Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Occupational Health and Safety Technician to work in the construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations, prevention, and integrated OHS management within e-Social. Promotion of training sessions and awareness campaigns We are looking for an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** who is committed, proactive, and has solid experience in **preparing technical documentation, field activities, and integrated OHS management within e\-Social**. The professional will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promote preventive actions, training, and risk control, with a focus on **construction site environments**. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and manage **technical documents and reports** (PPRA, PGR, LTCAT, APR, PPE Record Sheet, among others); * Conduct **safety inspections** on-site and propose corrective and preventive measures; * Monitor and ensure compliance with **Regulatory Standards (NRs) and current legislation**; * Promote **safety training sessions** and awareness campaigns; * Manage **OHS information in eSocial**, ensuring deadlines and legal compliance; * Support incident and accident management, including report preparation and action plans; * Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and managers to strengthen safety culture. ### **Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Occupational Health and Safety**; * **Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)**; * Proven experience in **technical documentation preparation and OHS management within eSocial**; * Experience in **field activities and construction project supervision**; * Knowledge of **Regulatory Standards (NRs) applicable to the construction industry**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ### **Desirable** * Prior experience in the **construction industry**; * Previous work experience at Vale; * Familiarity with integrated management systems (e.g., SOC, SOGI, etc.); * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
