Communication, accountability, and attention to detail Job Description – Corporate Condominium Security Guard **Position:** Security Guard **Work Location:** Corporate Condominium **Department:** Front Desk / Asset Security Position Objective Control access of people, vehicles, and service providers within the corporate condominium premises, ensuring **security, organization, and compliance with internal regulations**. Main Responsibilities * Control the **entry and exit of people**, visitors, and employees from companies located in the condominium. * Identify and **register visitors and service providers**. * Authorize access only upon **approval from the company or responsible party**. * Monitor security cameras (CCTV) when available. * Control **entry and exit of vehicles**. * Receive, register, and forward **mail and packages**. * Maintain an updated **incident logbook**, recording relevant events during the shift. * Ensure compliance with **condominium rules**. * Alert security, management, or authorities in case of **suspicious situations or emergencies**. * Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience as a security guard or access controller (preferred). * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Attention to detail, accountability, and discipline.
