




**Job Description** We are looking for a **Reception Manager** to lead the front desk team and ensure an excellent guest experience from check\-in to check\-out. This professional will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to achieving guest satisfaction, occupancy, and hotel profitability targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and supervise the front desk team, ensuring efficient and courteous service; * Ensure that service standards and operational procedures are followed according to hotel policies; * Coordinate reservation and room availability control with the sales and housekeeping departments; * Monitor performance indicators such as guest satisfaction; * Effectively handle and resolve guest complaints, maintaining high satisfaction levels; * Manage work schedules, vacations, and shifts for the front desk team; * Support team training and development, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment; * Prepare management reports and participate in hotel performance meetings; * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal policy regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration**, or related fields; * Proven experience in front desk management or hotel operations; * Knowledge of PMS systems (**Volux, Opera, or similar preferred**); * Intermediate to advanced **English proficiency**; * Leadership, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
