Job Summary: A professional responsible for delivering human-centered patient service, scheduling medical consultations and examinations, and organizing medical schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Receptive service with a human-centered and excellence-oriented approach 2. Scheduling of medical appointments and provision of information about procedures 3. Comprehensive patient support via phone and WhatsApp Responsibilities: * Receptive telephone and WhatsApp communication with patients, emphasizing human-centered care and excellence; * Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling of consultations and examinations in the system; * Providing information regarding procedures, preparation instructions, appointment times, physicians, and healthcare units; * Organizing medical schedules in accordance with health insurance rules and individual physician requirements; and other duties inherent to the position. Desired Qualifications: .
