Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and maintaining classrooms and auditoriums, ensuring equipment functionality and providing support for events and classes. Key Highlights: 1. Control of equipment and sector assets **Available Shifts:** **06:00 TO 15:00 (Mon & Wed) 06:00 TO 12:00 (Tue, Thu, Fri & Sat)** **17:00 TO 23:00 (Mon, Wed & Sat) 14:00 TO 18:00 and 19:00 TO 23:00 (Tue & Thu) 13:00 TO 19:00 (Sat) 6x1** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain classrooms and auditoriums, as well as associated equipment and materials; * Handle room and auditorium reservations, ensure proper space preparation, and provide audiovisual support for events and classes; * Ensure equipment functionality, rearrange furniture as needed, identify and monitor maintenance and repairs; * Control equipment loans, manage sector assets, and address equipment damage or loss; * Monitor class schedules and incidents to ensure efficient operations and minimize impact on the academic community; * Conduct daily inspections of spaces and equipment to ensure optimal usability, playing an essential role in continuously supporting the quality of educational resources and the teaching environment. * Perform other similar tasks as directed by management. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with computer systems is desirable; * Experience assembling audiovisual equipment is desirable.
