We are seeking a Senior Copywriter for Atake who possesses strategic insight and strong narrative mastery, capable of transforming business challenges into relevant, well-structured creative ideas. This role serves as a reference in advertising copywriting within the Creative department, leading the development of concepts, integrated campaigns, and high-complexity projects—ensuring consistency of messaging, textual quality, and conceptual strength in deliverables. This person navigates confidently between strategy and execution, leads creative processes in partnership with various departments, participates in client presentations, and actively contributes to elevating the team’s creative level and the business impact of deliverables on clients’ objectives. \- **Work model:** Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite at our Belo Horizonte office for team collaboration, and 2 days remote for work-life balance. **What you’ll do:** * Interpret briefs deeply, identifying problems, opportunities, and creative pathways. * Create complete narratives for 360° campaigns, films, spots, activations, and experiences. * Guide creative extensions and oversee idea execution through final delivery. * Review and provide structured feedback on copy. * Build creative arguments and presentation narratives. * Refine and polish copy with rigor for clarity, impact, and authenticity. * Participate in client meetings when needed for creative context. * Maintain an updated repertoire and bring relevant references to the team. **What we’re looking for:** * Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Languages, Journalism, or related fields. * Solid experience in advertising copywriting and integrated campaigns. * Experience with large-scale campaigns, films, 360° projects, and case studies. * Advanced expertise in narrative, storytelling, conceptual development, and advertising copywriting. * Experience presenting to clients and defending ideas. * Ability to lead creative processes and structure ideas with depth. * Excellent writing, argumentation, and mastery of the Portuguese language. * Integrated understanding of brand, communication, and behavior. * Ability to manage high complexity and multiple simultaneous demands. **Nice-to-have:** * Understanding of audiovisual production and multi-format extensions. * A robust portfolio featuring strong ideas, consistent narratives, and high craft standards. **Our hiring model and benefits:** At Atake, hiring is under the CLT regime and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your daily work life: * Guaranteed meal benefit: R$30.00/day on Caju card; * Genuine hybrid model: 3 days onsite to exchange energy with the team and 2 days remote to balance your routine; * Commuting allowance: transportation voucher or fuel assistance on onsite days, with no salary deduction; * Health care: co-payment health plan starting from month 4, with 60% covered by Atake; * Birthday celebration: one paid day off on your birthday; * Work tool: Atake-provided laptop, ready for use from day one. \- ️ ATAKE values and supports diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
