Job Summary: Senior Installation Project Analyst responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and coordinating installation projects to ensure quality, adherence to schedules, and compliance with applicable standards. Technical support to construction teams and project optimization **SENIOR INSTALLATION PROJECT ANALYST** * Analyze and review installation projects (electrical and related systems, hydraulic and related systems, air conditioning, external networks, etc.) developed by third-party design firms; * Monitor third-party design firms during project development to ensure quality and adherence to schedule deadlines; * Coordinate installation projects with architectural, structural, and other discipline projects; * Identify and resolve interference conflicts between installations and other construction systems; * Prepare and review descriptive memoranda and technical specifications for building installations, as required; * Support construction teams during installation execution to ensure compliance with design documents; * Actively participate in technical meetings, preparing minutes, reports, and progress updates on project status; * Monitor and ensure projects comply with applicable technical standards and legislation; * Conduct material take-offs and quantity surveys for projects of higher precision and complexity; * Suggest improvements and optimizations to installation projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite is required; bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is mandatory; * Initial experience in construction companies or design offices will be considered an advantage; Strong communication skills and critical analytical ability. * Location: Belvedere \- On-site
