Job Summary: Performs assembly and maintenance of temporary site structures, including electrical, plumbing, and building repair services. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly of temporary structures at construction sites 2. Basic electrical and plumbing services 3. Building maintenance and organization of facilities * Assemble temporary site structures, including fencing, enclosures, administrative areas, storage rooms, restrooms, and changing rooms. * Install and adapt wooden structures, partitions, and other supporting elements. * Assist in implementing temporary water and electricity connections for the construction site. * Perform basic electrical services, such as installing lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and surface-mounted wiring. * Perform simple plumbing services, including installation and maintenance of faucets, traps, toilets, and leak repairs. * Carry out minor building maintenance repairs, including painting, door and window adjustments, lock repairs, and furniture fixes. * Ensure preservation, organization, and proper functioning of all temporary site facilities throughout the entire construction period. * Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs and report them to supervisors as required. * Comply with internal regulations and occupational safety procedures applicable to assigned tasks.
