Job Summary: Work as an OPME Analyst, interfacing with medical teams, auditing departments, and suppliers, and negotiating commercial proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative role in defining optimal OPME solutions Position: OPME Analyst (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Specialized Materials) Location: Hemodynamics\- Luxemburgo Hospital Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break) Salary: R$ 3\.000,00 Start Date: Immediate Benefits: * Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per day (provided via monthly card, deducted from payroll) * Fuel allowance of R$ 200.00 (no payroll deduction) or transportation voucher (payroll deduction) * Unimed\-Unipartflex health insurance plan with co-payment (payroll deduction), provided after the probationary period. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities: * Direct interface with medical teams, nursing staff, procurement department, auditing department, and suppliers * Technical and commercial evaluation of high-cost OPMEs * Negotiation of commercial proposals, timelines, and terms with suppliers * Support in introducing new technologies and OPMEs to the clinical staff * Management of relationships with strategic suppliers * Economic feasibility analysis, average consumption assessment, and identification of market opportunities * Technical support for high-complexity procedures * Consultative role with medical teams to define optimal OPME solutions * Monitoring of KPIs and supplier performance evaluation \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Requirements: * Completed high school education (higher education in health sciences, administration, or related fields currently underway or completed is preferred) * Prior experience with OPME * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and negotiation ability * Proactivity and results-oriented focus \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Desired Profile: We seek a dynamic professional with strategic vision, strong interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach, who contributes directly to improving patient care quality and operational efficiency.
