Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Job Mission** You will be responsible for driving automation initiatives within the Operations department, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions, workflow automations, and AI Agents. The Senior Operations Analyst will work closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, map processes, and translate business needs into scalable and reliable automations. **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Identify automation opportunities in operational workflows and ensure they are translated into effective technological solutions. * Develop, monitor, and enhance RPA bots and AI Agents, ensuring high performance, reliability, and data integrity. * Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to ensure automations comply with business rules, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. * Design workflows and solutions with clarity, simplicity, and precision. * Reduce manual tasks, operational risks, and rework through robust automation strategies. * Ensure on-time delivery of automation projects, managing dependencies and constraints. * Support teams during testing, deployment, and adoption of new automated processes. * Monitor KPIs and automation performance, proactively identifying failures, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in operational processes, automation, or continuous improvement. * Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar). * Solid understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation design. * Experience building or maintaining RPA bots or rule-based automations. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and areas for improvement. * Automation Anywhere, Sydle, and Power Automate will be the tools used daily. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced/fluent English proficiency. **Preferred:** * Experience with AI Agents, workflow tools, or orchestration platforms. * Familiarity with LLM-based workflows or API integrations. * Prior experience in fintechs, payment institutions, or financial operations. * SQL or Python. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Baby On Board and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial discussion to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
