Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** For information about Senac in Minas selection processes, visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and those rehabilitated by INSS, aligned with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Professional Training Instructor \- Fashion, your main challenges will be:** * Deliver classes according to your area of expertise (Basic Sewing and Finishing; Personal Stylist; Moulage: Female Three-Dimensional Pattern Making; Computerized Pattern Making using Audaces software), integrating theoretical and practical content with students; * Guide and support students in subject-specific activities and exercises to reinforce and enhance learning; * Assess competency development in accordance with the course plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed undergraduate degree — Bachelor’s in Fashion or related fields; * Professional experience in pattern making and female garment moulage; * Practical experience in sewing, finishing, and garment manufacturing processes; * Leadership; dynamism; strong communication skills; flexibility; good interpersonal relationships; teamwork spirit. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Professional qualification or technical-level training in Fashion or related fields; * Specialization or courses in pattern making (flat and moulage); * Experience with Audaces software (computerized pattern making); * Experience as a Personal Stylist or image consultant; * Classroom teaching experience; * Willingness to share knowledge. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site); * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 22:00 hrs. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract — hourly basis; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Medical and dental plans; * SESC membership; * Daycare assistance — per internal benefits policy rules; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Incentive scholarship (after 6 months of employment). * Fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer some unique benefits:** * Daily interaction and knowledge exchange with industry-leading professionals; * A friendly and collaborative work environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s how it is at Senac in Minas!
