Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join the **US Banking Products** team, responsible for decision-making and launching new international financial products. Our mission is to identify and launch the most relevant products for our customers, ensuring competitiveness in the international market and distinguishing ourselves from other industry players. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a strategic role in this journey by providing the analytical visibility required to support launch decisions, monitor product performance, and ensure the team always has the right information to act swiftly and confidently. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Processing, normalizing, and transforming data using SQL to ensure data quality and consistency for analysis. * Developing analytical and automation solutions in Python to improve the efficiency of the team’s data processes. * Building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Tableau, translating complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for diverse stakeholders. * Providing strategic data support to the International Products team, fulfilling data requests that guide product and business decisions. * Preparing managerial reports on key KPIs and metrics, regularly monitoring business health. * Writing complex queries to investigate user behavior and experience, as well as analyze costs and revenues associated with new products. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. * Solid experience with **SQL** for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis—including writing complex queries with joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregations. * Proficiency in **Python** for data analysis and processing, with familiarity with libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. * Experience building and maintaining **Tableau dashboards** (or similar BI tools), capable of translating business needs into clear, objective visualizations. * Ability to work autonomously on **open-ended tasks**, structuring problems, defining metrics, and delivering analyses clearly. * Strong communication skills to **present results and insights** to both technical and non-technical audiences, including product teams and leadership. * Experience analyzing **user behavior, funnels, cohorts, or product metrics**. * **Intermediate or advanced English**, especially for collaborating with global teams and reading technical documentation—a key differentiator given the international product context. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Programming knowledge beyond analytical use, enabling development of more robust and scalable data solutions. * Experience **connecting to and consuming external APIs**, integrating external data sources into analytical solutions. * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as **Scrum and Kanban**, working collaboratively within integrated product teams. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Baby On Board and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits in our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
