**Responsibilities and Duties**
**As a Civil Engineer, your main challenges will include:**
* Fully overseeing activities related to school unit and administrative headquarters renovation projects, monitoring the performance of construction companies, project management firms, and project responsible parties. Responsible for taking necessary actions to meet deadlines and ensure proper execution of works.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We are looking for someone who has:**
* A completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with experience overseeing large-scale construction projects;
* Familiarity with large-scale renovation and construction projects;
* Experience in planning, measurement, and supervision of construction projects, including inspection and measurement activities;
* An active CREA registration;
* Planning, replanning, and problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues arising during construction;
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* A postgraduate degree;
* Availability for travel;
* Driver’s license category B;
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site work);
* Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
