Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. **Job Description:** We are looking for a committed and proactive professional to support construction activities, including site surveys, budgeting, and schedule monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting material surveys on-site; * Preparing and monitoring budgets; * Controlling and monitoring physical and financial construction schedules; * Assisting in planning and controlling activities; * Communicating with technical teams and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in **Excel**, **AutoCAD**, and **MS Project**; * Strong communication skills; * Flexibility and proactivity; * Self-motivated learning ability; * Responsibility and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualification:** * Familiarity with the **Compor 90** system. **Benefits:** * Breakfast; * Transportation allowance.
