Job Summary: A videography professional to create dynamic and strategic visual content for an aesthetics company, ranging from reels to event documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Technical proficiency in video recording and refined aesthetic sensitivity. **Aesthetics company seeking a Videomaker:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record short videos (reels, stories, commercial drops, behind-the-scenes). * Receive scheduling/planning from the agency and execute internally. * Send organized raw materials to the agency for editing. * Ensure the agency receives everything (videos, photos, captions, context, insights). * Create quick content capsules for the VIP group (news, offers, alerts). * Consistently feed the group, following the commercial calendar. * Record classes, behind-the-scenes, training sessions, and making-of footage. * Produce cuts and teasers of procedures to enhance authority perception. * Transform Institute events into media assets (videos, reels, testimonials). * Build and maintain an organized content library and sales team resources (Google Drive). * Monitor basic performance metrics (views, retention, engagement). * Create original content (quick scripts, behind-the-scenes, delivery records, events, launches). * Draft quick scripts to guide stories; **REQUIREMENTS** * Availability for travel when required for event coverage; * Proficiency with camera (or iPhone), microphone, and lighting; * **Aesthetic sensitivity — must understand** ***luxury, clinic, clean, refined*****.** * Extensive expertise and mastery in video recording and editing; * Ability to transform “routine” into valuable content. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **INITIAL COMPENSATION:** * R$3\.000,00 **BENEFITS** * Amil Health Insurance * Meal Voucher (VR) * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Performance bonus after probation period **WORK LOCATION:** * Near downtown Belo Horizonte Job Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: Starting at R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
