Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing financial system solutions for clients, ensuring technical integration, process alignment, and ongoing support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for implementing financial system solutions for clients, ensuring correct technical integration, alignment with business processes, and customer service and support during and after go\-live. They will handle customer service and support, negotiate, and oversee the technical and functional implementation of the company's solutions—primarily billing and payment method solutions. They will be responsible for mapping the client's business processes to ensure adherence to the proposed solution. They will support the client in integrating APIs and systems with billing platforms (PIX, bank slips, credit cards, among others). They will lead technical and business alignment meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders. They will conduct integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and accompany the client during system production launch. They must document workflows, business rules, and commercial and technical guidelines for both clients and internal teams. They will collaborate with operations, product, technology, and support teams to continuously improve the customer experience. Requirements: ● Experience implementing financial systems, billing systems, or payment method systems; ● Intermediate or senior-level knowledge of Excel and activity management systems; ● Experience in the commercial area, especially in negotiation, customer service, and customer support; ● Willingness to travel; ● Functional knowledge of financial products such as PIX, bank slips, credit cards, payment reconciliation, and settlement; ● Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business areas; ● Organizational skills and proficiency in project and implementation schedule management. Experience in payment method companies, fintechs, or payment institutions (PIs/SCDs/SCIPs) will be considered a plus.
