Team collaboration and deadline compliance **Main Responsibilities:** The laborer will assist in various civil construction activities, supporting masons, carpenters, and other site professionals. Responsibilities include preparing and transporting materials, mixing mortar, carrying tools, organizing the construction site, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The laborer will also assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures, perform minor support tasks, and follow the supervisor's instructions to ensure timely completion and service quality. Additionally, the laborer must strictly adhere to safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure proper care of materials and tools used. **Responsibilities** * Proven experience as a construction site laborer (preferred); * Basic knowledge of civil construction activities; * Ability to handle and transport materials; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Good physical stamina and attention to safety instructions; * Organization and teamwork; * Availability for team-based work and adherence to scheduled hours.
