Job Summary: A metalworker carries out preventive and corrective interventions on metal infrastructure and components, inspects and identifies risks, and installs parts. Key Highlights: 1. Identifying and implementing preventive risk mitigation actions **METALWORKER** Work schedule \- Commercial, Monday to Saturday. Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break \+ Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. Salary: R$ 2\.536,60 Transportation allowance (VT) according to address (VT card) Meal allowance (VR): R$ 16.00 per day Basic food basket (100% attendance): R$ 410.00 monthly NOTE: Benefits and salary are non-negotiable, as we operate under a contractual regime where benefits and salaries are pre-established. **Job Description:** * Perform preventive and corrective interventions on metal infrastructure and components, such as window frames, grilles, doors, handrails, gates, barriers, roofing, supports, and other anchoring elements; * Conduct periodic inspections of window frames, grilles, fire doors, guardrails, handrails, gates, barriers, roofing, and anchoring elements; * Identify potential and imminent risks, record them, and implement applicable preventive actions—whether or not specified in the maintenance plan; * Install and adapt metal parts and components for occasional or permanent requirements; * In case of failures, immediately contain or correct the issue; or, when necessary, escalate to the resident team supervisor; * Respond to user service requests; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity compatible with this role; Compensation: R$2\.536,60 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
