Job Summary:
Customer service and reception, setup and cleaning of areas, food and beverage service, and inventory organization.

Serve and welcome customers while upholding the brewery's high-performance standards;
Set up and dismantle dining areas, tables, and chairs;
Follow instructions and perform cleaning, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures;
Increase sales volume in accordance with brewery regulations;
Assist with and execute restocking of kegs and other supplies;
Serve meals and beverages throughout all areas, including tables and counters;
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons;
Prepare fresh juices and assemble desserts;
Organize, verify, and control inventory of work materials, beverages, and food;
Complete ingredient and quality checklists;
Manage waiting lists and operate reservation lists;
Perform cash reconciliation at the end of shift when required and requested;
Assist in promoting the establishment upon request, taking photos and/or videos using store equipment.
Operating Hours
Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Saturday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Days Off: One day per week and one Sunday per month
44 hours/week + Compensation OR Overtime Pay
DSR: Night shift allowance
