Job Summary: Customer service and reception, setup and cleaning of areas, food and beverage service, and inventory organization. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service focused on high performance 2. Organization and inventory control for bar and kitchen Serve and welcome customers while upholding the brewery's high-performance standards; Set up and dismantle dining areas, tables, and chairs; Follow instructions and perform cleaning, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures; Increase sales volume in accordance with brewery regulations; Assist with and execute restocking of kegs and other supplies; Serve meals and beverages throughout all areas, including tables and counters; Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons; Prepare fresh juices and assemble desserts; Organize, verify, and control inventory of work materials, beverages, and food; Complete ingredient and quality checklists; Manage waiting lists and operate reservation lists; Perform cash reconciliation at the end of shift when required and requested; Assist in promoting the establishment upon request, taking photos and/or videos using store equipment.
