If you possess strong teaching skills, clear communication, and wish to make a difference at the **ATT Group\- Boticário**, apply now! **Responsibilities:** * Disseminate company culture and ensure delivery of training programs (Beauty University and others). * Monitor and communicate training outcomes. * Identify training needs and organize internal and external training sessions. * Deliver training and evaluate its effectiveness. * Weekly reporting to Management and Executive Leadership on achieved results — training indicators — from courses available on the extranet for employee participation. * Develop participant schedules per training session and maintain attendance records for internal tracking, aiming to measure employee engagement. * Ensure implementation of O Boticário’s customer service model. * Encourage recognition of top performances. * Analyze sales indicators to identify training needs **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of public speaking techniques, sales, products, and management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Preferred experience as a training instructor and/or in commercial roles. * Skills in teaching, initiative, indicator analysis, and communication. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a training instructor is preferred. * Commercial area experience is preferred. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$ 520.00/month (no deductions) * Life insurance (MetLife) **After 90 days:** * Unimed health plan (co-payment) * Bradesco dental plan * Wellhub (Gympass) * 30% discount on O Boticário products (franchise stores) * Birthday day-off and birthday gift card **If you are passionate about people development and want to join a dynamic and innovative team, apply now!**
