Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Training & Development (T&D) initiatives, ensuring needs assessment, training organization, and recordkeeping in compliance with internal policies. Reinforces organizational culture and company values, supporting leadership and team development. Contributes to talent engagement, recognition, and retention programs, and supports internal endomarketing and communication initiatives focused on human and organizational development. - Design and implement Training & Development (T&D) programs, from needs assessment through training organization and capacity-building activities; - Support the dissemination of organizational culture and reinforcement of company values; - Monitor and support leadership and team development initiatives; - Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person, online, and capacity-building training activities; - Execute management of engagement, recognition, and talent retention programs; - Maintain and update training records, ensuring compliance with departmental processes and policies; - Monitor training execution and ensure delivery according to operational needs; - Support endomarketing and internal communication initiatives aimed at human and organizational development. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of T&D and Human Development and Organization (HDO) methodologies; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (data organization and presentations); * Familiarity with competency-based management and learning pathways; * Document, certificate, attendance list, and training evidence management; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Creativity; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Internal products with discounts Wellhub (Gympass) Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria Attendance Bonus Dental Plan **Work Location:** ---------------------- Av. das Indústrias, 3105 \- Vila Iris \- Santa Luzia \- MG **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:00 TO 17:48 (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
