If this resonates with you, register now and join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor daily distribution and respective production of hospital bills until approved by Control and Evaluation. * Monitor and prioritize bill production according to submission deadlines and approval timelines. * Reconcile and adjust as needed to ensure monthly billing compliance between processing systems and the TASY system. * Track individual production indicators and implement necessary measures to maintain daily production targets. * Guide billing staff on required corrections during the process in the TASY system and identify improvement opportunities. * Fully operate Datasus and Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat (SISAIH01; SA04; SIGTAP; SCNES; BPA MAG and APAC MAG) processing systems for production submission. * Monitor application of business rules from current pricing tables during bill production. * Track daily production impacts arising from patient referral flows across the Belo Horizonte and Minas Gerais Health Care Network; * Produce hospital bills as supplementary output during critical situations or upon request from Coordination. * Analyze outpatient and hospital processing results, validating against departmental indicators and instructing staff to execute work processes accurately and sustainably. * Support other coordinations on matters inherent to your area, presenting and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform action decisions and assist continuous process improvement. * Participate in strategic planning and performance monitoring for the area using indicators, promoting team alignment and integration toward shared goals. * Participate in initiatives to improve internal processes, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency to ensure institutional sustainability. * Apply area-specific regulations, ensuring legal compliance and seeking necessary support from partner departments. * Use institutional management systems to track deadlines, generate strategic data, optimize processes, and promote cross-departmental integration. * Communicate with internal and external clients (suppliers, unions, public agencies, and other departments), ensuring transparency and effectiveness. * Supervise assistants and support staff in the area, conducting trainings on processes, systems, and organizational values to maintain an aligned, committed, and efficient team. * Analyze data, documents, and reports to monitor the department and propose solutions supporting strategic decision-making and coordination. * Attend meetings, trainings, collegiate bodies, and committees as assigned, contributing proposals and improvement actions for addressed demands and issues. * Participate in and support institutional quality management, hospital accreditation, and certification processes. * Act as a multiplier leader for humanization culture in professional relationships, ensuring an inclusive environment free from distinction or discrimination. * Draft contracts, terms, protocols, POPs/PRSs, records, and reports, with potential for standardization and joint revision with partner departments. * Perform teaching activities as preceptor, lecturer, facilitator, supervisor, or coordinator, sharing experience and contributing technical and academic expertise. * Participate in or facilitate Permanent Education activities per institutional policy within the scope of your responsibilities. * Perform duties observing occupational and patient safety aspects, complying with applicable legislation and institutional norms, and reporting incidents compromising safety outcomes. * Perform other related duties compatible with the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1- Completed undergraduate degree in Administrative or Financial fields; 2- Minimum six months’ proven experience managing SUS outpatient and hospital billing processes in a large general hospital of medium-to-high complexity; 3- Preferred: Experience with SUS hospital billing routines using the TASY system. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monthly salary for 200 hours/month (40 hours/week): R$ 4\.970,20; Meal/food allowance at on-site cafeteria: R$ 20.00/month contribution for employees working over 6 hours/day; Food card valued at R$ 250.00/month \+ extra credit upon return from vacation; It has 460 beds, including 80 ICU beds, and 16 operating rooms. HMDCC specializes in clinical, surgical, and stroke emergency and urgent care, with services regulated and referred by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Admission Center. We are also a reference for the SUS-BH and Minas Gerais networks in high-complexity care across the following specialties: internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and urology.
