They will work in partnership with various departments to foster a more engaged, informed, and aligned organizational culture. **Responsibilities** * **Develop and manage internal campaigns** aligned with the company’s strategy and institutional calendar, ensuring narrative coherence and connection with organizational objectives. * **Create institutional content** for key internal channels (intranet, email marketing, Good Morning Agenda, corporate TV, newsletters, among others), always maintaining appropriate institutional language and tone. * **Support endomarketing initiatives**, culture, diversity, sustainability, and internal events, contributing to a more integrated and inclusive environment. * **Act as a bridge between internal departments** (HR, Sustainability, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and employees, ensuring clarity, transparency, and consistency in communications. * **Measure results** through surveys, metrics, and reports, evaluating campaign effectiveness and proposing continuous improvements. * **Produce texts, presentations, and video scripts** for campaigns, strategic announcements, and corporate initiatives. * **Serve as guardian of institutional language and tone** across internal channels, ensuring alignment with corporate identity. * **Support recognition and award campaigns**, as well as communications for strategic initiatives. * **Execute routine departmental tasks**, including press clipping approval, calendar updates, and preparation of monthly and special reports. * **Contribute to cross-functional campaigns and projects**, extending support beyond directly served brands when required.
