Serve as the focal point between stores, suppliers, and internal departments **Mid-Level IT Operations Analyst** We seek an organized, process-oriented professional with a focus on governance to ensure the efficiency of IT operations and the quality of services delivered by suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor IT support operations and ensure SLA compliance; * Manage IT asset dispatch, receipt, and control; * Monitor store CCTV systems; * Track incidents, escalate issues, and address deviations; * Standardize and improve operational processes; * Serve as the focal point between stores, suppliers, and internal departments; **Requirements:** * Experience in IT operations or service desk; * Experience managing suppliers; * Proficiency in ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, GLPI, Movidesk, or similar); * IT asset management and intermediate Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail or telecommunications; * Knowledge of CCTV systems, ITIL, or Power BI. **What We Offer:** * Fixed Salary: TO BE AGREED UPON * Meal Allowance * Health and Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * ️ Gympass; * iFood Club + Colab; * Free access to psychological, nutritional, and general medical consultations; * OBS: This position requires on-site work at our office in Savassi – Belo Horizonte. **Apply now and join a team that transforms challenges into achievements every day.** Minimum Education: High School Diploma
