This professional will provide user support and conduct training for new employees on the company's system. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Networks, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (basic and intermediate levels); * Identify, analyze, and resolve system-related issues; * Log and track support tickets, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes; * Assist in documenting processes and creating support materials; * Conduct training sessions for new employees on system usage; * Ensure clear and effective communication with users to facilitate understanding of solutions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in technical support or customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to teach and effectively convey knowledge; * Quick comprehension of processes and systems; * Organizational skills and proactivity in managing tasks.
