Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to support departmental operations, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and on-site technical support. 2. Analysis and resolution of issues in refrigeration systems. 3. Interpretation of execution drawings and electrical schematics. **Since 1995, Plotter Racks has developed solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating across Brazil and several countries in Latin America.** To join our team, we seek a Refrigeration Technician to support departmental operations, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. **Responsibilities** a) Customer service, addressing inquiries and providing technical consultations; b) Functional versatility and support for internal and external services; c) Operation of after-sales service registration platforms such as NEO, Produtivo, Espresso, and others; d) Assistance in identifying, verifying infrastructure, and accrediting authorized service networks; e) Project handover: Joint action with local technical assistance and installation managers; f) Analysis of issues related to system operation and generation of resolution alternatives; g) Direct on-site problem resolution; h) Analysis and validation of part warranty claims; i) Interpretation of execution drawings, layouts, piping routes, pipe diameters, and refrigeration system components; j) Interpretation of electrical schematics and equipment flowcharts. **Requirements:** Technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanics; Good communication skills; Willingness to travel; Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with platforms NEO, Produtivo, and Espresso; Experience in report writing.
