Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (interest, profile, capacity, and timing). Schedule appointments and forward qualified opportunities to the Sales Consultants team. Update and organize information in the CRM, ensuring reliable data. Support commercial campaigns by providing strategic feedback to the marketing and sales teams. Meet targets for contacts, qualifications, and appointments. Perform tasks relevant to the routine of a Sales Development Representative. Position located in Belo Horizonte / MG.
