**Job Description – Architect** AIR MINAS is seeking an Architect to develop, coordinate, and oversee corporate, commercial, and industrial projects, supporting engineering, construction, and planning teams. We are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and organized professional capable of developing functional solutions aligned with the operational and execution requirements of construction projects. **Responsibilities** * Develop executive architectural projects * Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and layouts * Coordinate architecture with complementary disciplines * Support preliminary studies and technical surveys * Participate in defining technical and functional solutions * Prepare descriptive specifications and technical documentation * Support the construction team during execution * Conduct project monitoring and review * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and legislation * Attend technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Active registration with CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism) * Experience in developing executive projects * Proficiency in drafting software * Knowledge of reading and coordinating complementary projects * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate and industrial construction projects * Knowledge of BIM * Experience in engineering and installation-oriented projects * Field experience in construction supervision * Familiarity with rendering software **Job Information** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG * Travel Availability: Occasional * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance **Desired Profile** We seek a proactive, organized, quality-focused professional who thrives in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments. **Apply via the portal: AIR MINAS Careers Portal** -------------------------------------------------------- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: *Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B Willingness to Travel
