**Job Description:** Responsible for developing industrial projects, including technical development, detailing and standardization of layouts, equipment and installations, ensuring technical compliance, production efficiency and safety of the implemented solutions. **Detailed Responsibilities:** Develop and detail industrial projects using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), including floor plans, flowcharts, assembly drawings and technical details. Develop industrial layouts, defining machine arrangements, equipment, material flows and support areas, considering ergonomics, safety and space optimization. Prepare descriptive reports, material lists and technical specifications for developed projects. Develop conceptual and executive projects in accordance with technical standards and internal company standards. Support management and other technical areas in the technical and economic feasibility analysis of industrial projects. Participate in technical meetings to align information and validate project assumptions. Monitor the physical implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Provide technical support for the procurement and installation of industrial equipment, issuing technical assessments and verifying compatibilities. Maintain version control and technical documentation of projects, ensuring traceability and file updates. Comply with safety, environmental and quality regulations, observing proper waste disposal and workplace organization. Ensure that the team under your supervision performs activities in accordance with company rules and procedures, properly using uniforms and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), participates in campaigns and training sessions, and fulfills all duties and responsibilities, observing aspects of occupational health and safety, environment, quality and social responsibility. Support internal and external audits by providing information and clarifying auditor questions, aiming to prevent non-conformities from being recorded for the area, as well as becoming informed about required corrections in adopted procedures. Follow operational procedures for operational impacts, performing correct waste disposal and reporting environmental incidents. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automation or related fields).
