Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing geometry and earthworks design projects; * Support alignment studies (initial project phases); * Perform basic modeling using Autodesk tools (Civil 3D, InfraWorks); * Provide technical information and elements to support other disciplines; * Organize and update project files and documents; * Support interdisciplinary coordination; * Assist in consolidating and reviewing projects; * Follow technical guidelines and standards established by the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Road Engineering, currently pursuing Civil Engineering, or a Civil Engineering degree; * Minimum 6 months of experience (preferred) in the design field; * Basic knowledge of geometry and earthworks design; * Proficiency or familiarity with Autodesk tools (AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, or similar); * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency. ### **Behavioral Skills** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills for alignment with the technical team. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher: BRL 42.00 per day; * Health insurance with co-payment; * Transportation allowance / Fuel subsidy; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * SESC club membership benefits; * University partnership discounts; * Birthday day off; * Workplace gymnastics; * Private pension plan.
