Customer support and relationship management * The internship is a supervised educational activity conducted within the academic context and is conditional upon the student's active enrollment and the Internship Commitment Agreement. Working hours respect the limit of 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week; overtime is strictly prohibited, and working hours must not overlap with class schedules. The internship has an educational nature and involves continuous learning and supervision. * Understand the importance of communication in organizational relationship processes; * Understand the influence of media and social networks as communication channels with and for customers, multi-brands, brand followers, employees, suppliers, and the general public; * Provide support in posting images, videos, and photos on the social media platforms where the Brand is present, adhering to company guidelines; * Assist in researching competitors' presence on social media and industry actions within the footwear sector, fashion industry, and other sectors related to the company's business, documenting findings and providing support to the relevant department as needed; * Support customers according to requests received via social media, responding to inquiries in accordance with company guidelines; * Organize promotional materials; * Collaborate to maintain a courteous and respectful work environment; * Contribute to maintaining and enhancing Luiza Barcelos' institutional image; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of company materials and equipment entrusted to the intern during the internship. * Active enrollment and regular attendance. * Minimum legal age. * 30 days of leave every 12 months, with proportional leave for contracts shorter than 1 year. * Initial duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension beyond 1 year.
