Assistance in occupational health and safety routines **About the position:** We are seeking an **HR Assistant** to support departmental activities and contribute to the smooth operation of people management processes. This professional will be responsible for providing administrative HR support, ensuring agility and organization in team-related tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, onboarding of new employees). * Assist with **timekeeping, benefits, and payroll** in coordination with the administrative or accounting department. * Update and organize employee records and admission/termination documents. * Support **training, development, and internal marketing** initiatives. * Provide support for **occupational health and safety** routines (medical examinations, reports, CIPA, etc.). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a degree in **Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology**). * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
