Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and vacation tracking for client companies. Serve portfolio clients by resolving inquiries and advising on HR department practices. Ensure adherence to labor and social security legislation in HR department activities. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations.
