Implementation of improvements and assurance of compliance **About the Role** We are seeking a **Production Coordinator** to lead production teams and processes, with strong hands-on factory floor involvement and focus on operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This role will play a key part in process standardization, performance indicator management, and supporting the implementation of new technologies across facilities. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate team activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production processes. * Work directly on the factory floor, ensuring alignment with company goals, standards, and procedures. * Implement process improvements focused on production optimization and waste reduction. * Ensure technical compliance of processes and projects with Regulatory Norms (NRs) and applicable environmental legislation. * Support facilities in implementing new technologies and improving production processes. * Ensure strict adherence to safety standards throughout the entire production process. * Manage and monitor performance indicators related to cost, schedule, quality, and operational efficiency, proposing action plans when necessary. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering * Prior experience coordinating operational or technical teams * Hands-on factory floor experience * Knowledge of performance indicator management and analysis * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts * Intermediate English or currently studying English for communication with international teams Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Automation Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Chemical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Industrial Design Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate) Driver's License: B Willingness to travel * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Performance Bonus * Meal Voucher * On-site Meal
