Description

Job Summary: Responsible for sales, customer service, product restocking, store organization, and cashier operations, aiming for excellence and business results for the franchise. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and sales of various products 2. Store organization and inventory control 3. Cashier operations and related activities Conduct product sales, serve customers, answer their questions, offer products, and assist customers in the best possible way to deliver business results. Sell branded products, offer them, and assist customers in the best possible way. Check store shelves for out-of-stock items and replenish them, placing products in appropriate locations. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and standardization. Serve customers in the café and fondue area, as well as ice cream, cakes, and other products available in the store. Operate the store cash register, performing opening/closing procedures when required. Organize product inventory, labeling boxes and storing them on shelves for easy location, as well as conducting monthly inventories. Implement PEF policies, processes, and procedures related to: customer service, results, and performance, ensuring smooth operations and excellence for the franchise and its results. Perform other related and inherent duties as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor.
