Sofa Donation

Brown reclining sofa, over 15 years old, but of high quality, still in very good condition, sturdy frame, branded sofa. Condition: Fabric - 90% OK (no tears, only wear from time) Frame - 50% (seats are fine, but when opened it becomes slightly unstable). * This sofa was originally a four-seater; the other half is not with me, therefore it has only one armrest. Detail: Bring assistance to carry it, the sofa is very heavy and does not fit in the elevator. There are 4 flights of stairs.
