**Job Description:** Manage improvement, regulatory, corrective, and ad-hoc demands in the Cloud environment, including requirement gathering, planning, and implementation, ensuring agreed-upon timelines, costs, and service levels; Collect and analyze data by examining processes, workflows, and procedures with users—both for new projects and updates—identifying and defining solutions while considering criticality, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessment across the entire business; Oversee and monitor project development with specialized vendors, guiding them on desired system design and functionality, and tracking all development, testing, and validation stages with the requesting department; Develop technology-driven solutions—based on demand—to integrate systems, improve processes, reduce costs, and/or increase revenue. Analyze requirements and access the database to perform necessary corrections and adjustments; Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external customers in accordance with institutional procedures, safeguarding the organization’s reputation and customer satisfaction. Comply with procedures, policies, programs, standards, rules, institutional procedures, Functional Code, Integrity Code, and applicable legislation relevant to the role. Maintain institutional assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary **Requirements:** Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering or related fields.
