





Description: We are looking for a candidate with: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in data analysis applied to marketing and growth; * Proficiency in SQL for complex queries on large databases; * Advanced knowledge of Python for statistical analysis, machine learning, automation, and data pipelines; * Experience with visualization tools and dashboards: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio; * Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital tracking tools (Firebase, BigQuery); * Knowledge of statistical, predictive, and segmentation modeling (RFV, clustering, cohorts); * Experience in attribution modeling (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM); * Ability to translate business problems into technical analyses and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders; * Autonomous, consultative, results-oriented, with experience measuring ROI, CAC, and LTV. Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work); Your main challenges will be: * Extracting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data from relational databases and Big Data environments; * Building strategic dashboards and automated reports to monitor business KPIs and OKRs; * Conducting exploratory, ad-hoc, and predictive analyses to deliver insights supporting strategic decisions; * Developing machine learning and segmentation models to predict behavior, optimize campaigns, and increase engagement; * Supporting media budget optimization through elasticity, ROI, ROAS, and attribution modeling analyses; * Analyzing customer lifecycle and cohorts to generate recommendations for acquisition, engagement, and retention; * Implementing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Working on advanced measurement projects (e.g., MTA, MMM) to support optimal investment allocation; * Ensuring the marketing and growth teams have real-time visibility into performance and can act swiftly; * Acting as a strategic partner for Growth, Media, CRM, and Product teams, influencing decisions based on evidence. 2512190202551720890
