We are looking for a **Fleet Manager** to oversee, control, and optimize the company’s vehicle fleet. If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy working with processes and logistics, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Manage the vehicle fleet (usage control, maintenance, fueling, and documentation); * Plan operational cost optimizations; * Monitor driver performance and vehicle utilization indicators; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies; * Oversee leasing contracts, insurance, and outsourced services; * Prepare budgets for parts and services; * Generate periodic reports and analyses. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of automotive maintenance and vehicle documentation; * Proficiency with fleet tracking and management systems; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Strong communication and analytical abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing home care, hospital, or external service fleets; * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs).
