Perform simple tasks in operational, traffic signage, production, logistics, or maintenance areas under instruction, such as transporting parts or materials, collecting material or tool leftovers, cleaning and organizing work areas, yards, lawns, loading, unloading, and performing general manual labor to support these needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform manual labor within operational systems, including feeding production lines, moving waste, cables, and materials; guiding loading and unloading operations; and other similar tasks required for production or operations; * Participate in heavy maintenance activities, including cutting, washing, sanding, assisting with the movement of sheets, piping, and equipment, helping prepare and restore work areas, lifting operations, cable handling, and other tasks required at workstations; * Perform lawn trimming, brush clearing to open spaces, trench digging, pruning, using appropriate machinery and following instructions to maintain proper appearance; * Carry out diverse, straightforward tasks in operational units—such as cafeteria services, building maintenance and upkeep, weeding, gardening, mail delivery—and other necessary activities to meet required needs; * Clean operational facilities (yards, factories, warehouses, restrooms, changing rooms, etc.) by sweeping, collecting garbage, debris, scrap, and removing grease, oil, etc., to ensure workplace order and environmental preservation; * Organize cabinets, barrels, drums, storerooms, and perform equipment, material, and tool loading/unloading, including securing, counting, and/or storing items to support operational and maintenance tasks; * Carry out simple errands—delivering messages, answering phones, transporting documents and packages, making small purchases—and other similar services to facilitate communication among personnel and general movement; **Workstation: Traffic Signage** * Manually direct truck and trailer traffic near sanitary landfills to ensure efficient entry and exit logistics for cargo vehicles. **Other Operational Activities** * Participate in EPAE teams (Emergency Response Teams) performing assigned operational tasks to support necessary emergency operations; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or third-party teams, reporting them and/or taking preventive measures according to institutional instructions received; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred: Incomplete elementary education – 4th grade. * Promptness, interest, discipline, and strong interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
