Opportunity for professional growth The **Construction Site Supervisor** at RG Empreendimentos will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities, ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with design documents, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role provides technical and operational leadership and serves as the engineer’s primary support in daily construction management. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and organize daily and weekly construction site activities * Coordinate foremen, team leaders, and operational teams * Ensure execution of works in accordance with design documents, specifications, and schedules * Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines * Control the use of materials, equipment, and labor * Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the construction site * Perform quantity take-offs and monitor completed work **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor on medium- or large-scale construction projects * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications * Familiarity with civil construction routines and occupational safety practices * Availability to work in Minas Gerais state and its interior regions * Completed high school education **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical degree in Building Construction or related fields * Experience in industrial, infrastructure, mining, or large-scale building projects * Knowledge of construction planning and quantity surveying * Experience with quality management systems and cost control **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits according to company policy * Opportunity for professional growth * Involvement in medium- and large-scale construction projects Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.208,16 \- R$6\.333,31 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
