Job Summary: We are seeking a Carpenter for Civil Construction work, performing timber processing, assembling concrete formwork, monitoring concrete pouring, and setting out construction layouts. Work Environment: You will work within our Civil Construction business segment. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Process purchased timber for constructing formwork used in ready-mix concrete applications, including operation of stationary and handheld circular saws. * Assemble formwork panels, install/position them at locations specified in structural drawings, ensuring compliance with design dimensions, structural strength, alignment, plumbness, and watertightness of assembled components. * Monitor concrete pouring phases to verify that installed and assembled formwork remains in perfect condition during concrete placement. * Perform site layout marking (setting out), fabricate column shoes, erect scaffolding using steel or timber supports to bear the load of reinforced concrete structures under construction, and carry out formwork removal from cast structural elements upon authorization from the project engineering team. Preferred Qualifications: * Elementary education; * Flexible availability; * Carpentry training course (a plus); * Easy access to the Rio de Janeiro city center.
